Preauthorization is REQUIRED for all Psychological Testing, and Autism Services. Contact Quest for preauthorization of these services or to authorize Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, or Intensive Outpatient Services.

Emergency services do not require preauthorization. If you believe you or a dependent are having an emergent behavioral health situation, please go to your nearest Emergency Room or call your county crisis hotline. Emergency services fall under the federal No Surprises Act (NSA) effective January 1, 2022.
